FAQ
Is this one programme or multiple options?
Positive Performances offers a comprehensive path, but each part can be chosen separately. Here are the main options available.
- A) Can we start without training, just by taking stock?
Yes. It is possible to start by participating in the Fulfillment Observatory.
This includes two questionnaires (psychosocial skills and overall well-being), to be administered online, ideally introduced by a plenary conference or video conference to explain their meaning and create support.
- B) Do you offer more interactive awareness formats?
Yes. The ‘Let’s Talk about mental health in the Workplace Mozaic’ allows us to talk about mental health differently. It is led by two certified trainers, according to the Mental Health for All protocol. It is a powerful tool for freeing up speech and opening up real dialogue within the team
- C) Do you offer mental health first aid training?
Yes. PP has several PSSM-certified trainers to deliver nationally recognised Mental Health First Aid sessions. The original programme is ‘Mental Health First Aid MHFA®’ and our trainers are certified on the French adaptation
- D) Can the mobile application be sufficient on its own?
Yes. The TTP app allows you to train in psychosocial skills independently and at your own pace. It's a powerful and accessible basic solution that can be used on its own or supplemented with activities or discussion sessions.
- E)Do you have any conferences or masterclasses?
Yes. Positive Performances offers a catalog of conferences and masterclasses, but can also create tailor-made content on the following themes: well-being, leadership, mental health, burnout prevention, and managerial culture
- F) Do you also offer professional training?
Yes. We offer training courses from our catalog or tailored to your needs, both in-person and remotely. Topics include psychosocial skills, management, leadership, executive mental health, and psychosocial risk prevention.
- G) And for higher education establishments?
Yes. We also work as teachers or academic course designers in higher education. Topics covered: management, leadership, psychosocial skills, executive mental health, and soft skills..
- H) Do you do individual or team coaching?
Yes. We offer individual coaching, group coaching, and co-development. Our evidence-based approach is suitable for students, executives, managers, teachers, and HR professionals.
- I) Do you have a digital coaching solution?
Yes. Our virtual AI coach – KrummAï is available 24/7 to support users between sessions or independently.
- J)And for experienced leaders?
We offer leadership supervision, a confidential space to take a step back, adjust your posture, strengthen your clarity and impact..
- K) Do you support transformation projects?
Yes. We provide strategic consulting services, particularly on positive education, service culture, mental health promotion, and managerial transformations.
Our support can extend to programme, culture or organisational design
How quickly can you respond?
Very quickly. Some actions can begin within 48 to 72 hours (application, questionnaires, video conference). For more complex projects, a schedule is proposed within 5 business days after validation.
Why train teachers and managers as a priority?
Because they are on the front line and the most exposed. According to the latest available data:
- 40% of managers say they don't sleep because of stress
- 73% of teachers in France say they experience chronic stress at work
And yet, they are the ones who must inspire, guide, transmit, and support. They are at the heart of tensions, but also of possible transformations.
Training teachers and managers means:
- Protecting them themselves by giving them tools to regulate pressure
- Create the conditions for a more human, more efficient environment
- Strengthen their supervisory position, without falling into exhaustion or isolation
They are the key drivers of change. When we act at this level, the entire system evolves positively.
Why do you work so directly with students?
Because change cannot only come from above.
Training only supervisors is not enough.
We want to create a virtuous circle, a movement where everyone, at their own level, develops the resources to live better, learn better, work better.
Our young people are not doing well.
66% of higher education students say they are ready to drop out of their studies due to stress and work overload.
And the data on the ground is just as alarming.
A survey of 200 first-year students conducted in 2025 shows :
- “I manage to explain to others what I think.”
23% answer no, never
- “When I am asked to do something that makes me uncomfortable, I know how to say no.”
18% say never
only 26% always say
- “When I have problems, I ask my loved ones for help.”
41% say never,
only 17% always say
- “When I’m angry, I can calm down.”
29% say no, never
➡️ only 21% say yes, always
These figures reveal a glaring deficit in psychosocial skills.
Waiting for young people to “acquire them through experience” is too late and too risky.
We work directly with them to:
- Equip them now, before discomfort sets in
- Breaking down barriers between approaches so that young people and their supervisors speak a common language
- Accelerate change, by acting on both those who learn and those who support
It is together that we create a real change in culture.
Does everything rely on a single provider or trainer?
No. Positive Performances relies on a team of certified coaches, trainers, teachers and experts, with varied and experienced profiles.
This makes it possible to meet the needs of large groups, to interact remotely and on site, and to ensure smooth support over time.
Isn't this just another fad?
No. Psychosocial skills have been recognised for decades by the WHO, UNESCO, and Santé Publique France. They are not gadgets, but fundamental skills for living, learning, working, and leading in an uncertain world.
Does it really work?
Yes. Our solutions have been field-tested with hundreds of participants and are rigorously monitored. We are currently preparing a large-scale study on the impact of our work in partnership with a French university. Contact us to participate. So far, the feedback from the field is clear: more focus, less stress, and more cooperation
How long does it take to see results?
The first effects can be felt within the first few weeks, especially on emotional regulation and the quality of interactions. The phased approach allows for gradual and sustainable progress, adapted to the pace of each organisation
Is this type of programme a priority in a tight budgetary context?
Yes, because it helps reduce absenteeism, improve cooperation, strengthen team resilience, and prevent professional burnout. Investing in these skills means tackling the root causes of climate, motivation, and stress management issues.
And many of our solutions are free or inexpensive to implement
Will this require a lot of organisation?
No. We have designed our offers to be easy to deploy, with a logic of progression.
Some solutions can be used independently (application, self-assessment), others can be integrated into existing systems (team meetings, educational days, training).
Nothing is imposed, everything is adaptable.
How do we know if it works for us?
We offer several simple, quick and anonymous assessment tools right from the start.
The data from the Fulfillment Observatory makes it possible to objectify the situation, monitor developments, and adapt actions to reality.
What if teams don't want to commit?
We know that membership isn't something you can just decide. That's why we often start with talks, murals, or participatory workshops that open up dialogue and inspire others to go further. All our content is designed to encourage engagement, without moralising or making people feel guilty.
Isn't that too ambitious for our teams?
No. Exactly, everything has been designed to avoid adding any mental burden.
The programme allows professionals to regain power over their daily lives, through simple, accessible tools adapted to the reality on the ground.
We are moving forward in small steps, but in the right direction.
Isn't that a bit theoretical?
Not at all. Every piece of content is rooted in reality.
Each skill worked on corresponds to real-life situations, with immediately transferable tools; Audios, videos; interaction, quizzes, reflection, everything is there.
Our slogan could be: zero blah blah, 100% useful.
Why doesn't your app use gamification? Some teams find the content repetitive.
Because we made a choice about mental health, not marketing.
Most apps that rely on gamification use addictive techniques.
They are designed to capture attention and keep the user there as long as possible. This is exactly the opposite of our intention.
Our goal is to enable users to live better, not to stay glued to the screen.
This is why we have chosen a simple application that encourages integration into real life, not digital addiction. This means:
- A voluntary and guided progression
- Reusable content to promote ownership
- No scores, no attention traps
And Yes, some content is recurring.
This is normal. Repetition is one of the conditions for learning recognised in psychology and pedagogy. It is what allows us to move from awareness to a healthy routine.
Our priority is clear: Tools that respect users' time, attention and mental health.
Isn't what you are proposing common sense?
Yes, but common sense isn't always taught. We help put common sense back into motion, reactivate human reflexes, and transform them into solid professional habits. What seems "obvious" actually becomes practiced.
What if we already have wellness actions?
Amazing, well done. Our interventions do not replace anything; they complement and reinforce what already exists.
We are providing a structuring framework, based on science and transferability, to give coherence to all initiatives. What you have done so far will not be lost, quite the opposite.
How does this fit in with our HR/educational/management policy?
Perfectly. We adapt to your priorities, and our approach supports your strategic priorities: quality of life at work, mental health, development of human skills, prevention of psychosocial risks, employer attractiveness, etc.
You keep control, we provide the structure, the tools and the expert support.
Is it suitable for all profiles?
Yes. Our tools and methods are designed for all levels of responsibility and all types of audiences: agents, supervisors, teachers, young people, managers, and general management.
Each person progresses at their own pace, in an inclusive and respectful manner.
Is it really innovative?
Yes. Innovation is in the form (application, AI, hybrid), but also in the substance:
We've created a coherent ecosystem, aligned with major international frameworks, that connects education, mental health, and sustainable performance. Few organisations offer this today.
Who do you work with?
We work with everyone.
Communities, schools, private companies, universities, hospitals, associations, NGOs, public institutions... Our approach is cross-disciplinary and adaptable, because psychosocial skills, healthy leadership, and mental health affect all environments, without exception. What changes is the way we intervene. And that's precisely our specialty.
Why don't we see photos of your activities on social media?
It's true, it's fashionable. But we've chosen not to expose our participants or our presentations. Our priority is to preserve confidential, safe, and human spaces, where professionals can learn, share, and progress... without being put on display.
What we build is profound, lasting, and transformative. Not for display.
What languages do you speak?
We operate in French, English, and Icelandic. Spanish is currently being rolled out.
What is the story behind Positive Performances?
The adventure began in 2013, with the first field interventions in leadership and coaching. The company Positive Performances was founded in 2020 in Iceland, with a strong focus on research and development for three years.
Our solutions have been deployed on a larger scale since 2023, particularly in the education, training and hospitality industries.
As our founder (Krumma) is Icelandic the first office was of course registered in Iceland. We are currently in the process of establishing a registered office in France, with a growing presence across the country. A scientific impact study is also being developed in partnership with a French university.
