“How are you?” is
the most frequently asked question in most cultures and languages around the world.
It’s also the question to which we
lie the most.
And often, it’s the question we ask
without being ready to hear an honest answer.
How can we hope to build strong relationships, a career, a family, teams, or organizations if we don’t take care of our own well-being — and that of those around us?
At Positive Performances, we are convinced that we can all succeed without burning out.
We are a
team of passionate experts in
leadership and
mental health.
Our work ranges from
raising awareness about mental health at work to
executive coaching,
including the publication of books and the creation of
practical tools designed to help develop
fulfilled minds,
extraordinary professionals, and
high-performing organizations
You might say, “That’s great — but how?”
Quite simply:
to know what to do, we must first understand what’s happening.
And that’s where
you come in.

They’ve already joined us
Our “Réussir” program (Thrive to Perform & Perform to Thrive) has already been the subject of an internal impact study in 2024. This year, we are renewing the initiative with a larger-scale study including control groups, in collaboration with CY (Cergy University).
