All conversations are strictly confidential. Krumma and her PRAESTA France partners adhere to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics. Nothing leaves the room, including with the sponsoring organisation, unless you explicitly agree otherwise.
Who from PRAESTA France will I work with?
Krumma remains your primary coach throughout. When relevant, for industry-specific context, second perspective, or geographic reach, she introduces a PRAESTA France partner. You always have a say in this choice.
How is progress measured?
Through the initial assessment as a baseline, mid- and end-of-engagement reviews against the goals defined together, and, where applicable, stakeholder 360° feedback.
Can we adjust the cadence?
Yes. Sessions are unlimited within your tier, and the cadence is set with you, not for you.
Is this engagement billable as professional development?
In most cases, yes. We provide all administrative documentation required by your finance and HR teams, and can structure the engagement to align with your organisation's billing cycle.
What happens after the engagement ends?
An end-of-engagement review captures outcomes against the original goals. You can renew on any tier, transition to a lighter format, or remain in touch through the CoLead platform or future masterclasses.
