You take care of everyone.
Who takes care of you?
A 2.5-day restorative retreat, less than an hour from Paris, for leaders, coaches, therapists, and educators. Step out of the role of the one who carries everyone — and, for two days, be the one who receives.
“You cannot pour from an empty cup.”
Strong for others begins with strong for yourself.
You spend your days giving — to students, patients, teams, families. But no one leads, teaches, or supports well while running on empty. Burnout rarely announces itself: by the time the signs show — irritability, detachment, sleepless nights — the cost is already being paid, in your own health and in the people who depend on you.

These pressures land first on the people who hold others. Refilling yourself is not a luxury — it is the condition of giving well.
You arrive depleted. You leave equipped.
Clarity
Rested, and clear about what actually matters — in your work and beyond it.
A practice for pressure
The SSSTOPPPP™ method, ready to use on your hardest days.
Strength from adversity
The HEROIC Paradox™ — turn difficulty into resolve, on demand.
A plan that holds
Your 10-year action plan, with 30- and 90-day follow-up calls to keep you on track.
Held in one of our preferred locations.
In one of our preferred locations — a private estate set in calm and greenery, less than an hour from the heart of Paris. Old stone, quiet grounds, the light of dawn: everything here is designed to slow you down and bring you back to yourself. Full board, a room of your own, and the unhurried rhythm of a place made for restoration.

how you lead — and live.

Not an escape. A turning point.
Many retreats feel wonderful and fade within a week. This one is built to hold. Every practice is grounded in the psychosocial competencies and the SAFE method — sequenced, active, focused, explicit — and carried forward through the 30- and 90-day calls and your 10-year action plan. You leave not only rested, but equipped.
One approach. Four ways to live it.
The books, the cards, the certification, and the retreat are not separate products. They are one continuous loop — each one deepens the others.
The books — Psychosocial Power & Storm-Driven Growth
Where it begins. The approach, in your hands, at your own pace.
The 21-PSC card deck
Daily practice. A tool to use on yourself and with those you guide.
PSC Certification
Get certified to embody the 21 competencies — then teach them. Includes the Thrive to Perform app (levels 1.1 & 1.2) and the CoLead platform.
The retreat
Live the shift in depth, then carry it home. (Certification is a separate path.)
The retreat is not the end of the road — it sends you back to daily practice, with the books and the cards in hand, and the certification to pass it on. Wherever you begin, each step leads to the next — and back again.
