Inondé(e) de stress, de deadlines, de réunions interminables ? Mercredi, milieu de semaine, c'est souvent là que la fatigue nous frappe de plein fouet. Alors aujourd'hui, je t’offre un exercice qui, une fois maîtrisé, peut simplement changer ta vie.

Pas besoin d’être un moine zen. Juste de quelques minutes pour reprendre les rênes et transformer ton quotidien : SSSTOPPPP.

3 choses à retenir :

1️⃣ S’arrêter et observer ses émotions : On vit souvent en mode automatique. SSSTOPPPP te permet de prendre une pause pour identifier tes émotions du moment ou celles en lien avec une tâche à venir. Parce qu’être submergé(e) par le stress, c’est une chose. Mais savoir ce qui t’angoisse, c’est la clé.

2️⃣ Passer à l’action avec intention : La méthode te guide pour planifier et préparer comment tu veux aborder ton quotidien. Finis les réactions impulsives. C’est toi qui pilote, en pleine conscience.

3️⃣ Évaluer et ajuster : Parce qu’on ne réussit pas toujours du premier coup. Mais SSSTOPPPP t’aide à te poser les bonnes questions après coup. Qu’est-ce qui a bien marché ? Qu’est-ce que je peux améliorer ?

2 questions à te poser :

  • Suis-je vraiment en contrôle de mes émotions ? Ou est-ce que je me laisse envahir par elles à chaque coup de pression ?
  • Quelles émotions je veux ressentir dans cette situation précise ? Et comment je m’y prends pour y arriver ?

💥 SSSTOPPPP : Voici comment ça se passe : Avant de démarrer ta journée, note tes émotions ou celles provoquées par une réunion à venir. Exemple : « Je suis stressé(e), fatigué(e), et je crains cette réunion. » Pas de panique.

1️⃣ S – Stand up (Se lever) : Lève-toi et signale un changement de rythme. Plus question de subir le stress.

2️⃣ S – Shake (Secoue ton corps) : Détends-toi, secoue tes épaules, étire ton cou, libère la tension.

3️⃣ S – Sit down (S’asseoir) : Prends une position confortable, stable, et prêt(e) à explorer ce que tu ressens.

4️⃣ T – Take a breath (Respire) : Inspire profondément, observe ton souffle sans le forcer. Ton ventre ou ta poitrine bouge-t-il le plus ?

5️⃣ O – Observe (Observe) : Ferme les yeux, écoute ce qui t’entoure. Quels sons perçois-tu ? Comment te sens-tu ?

6️⃣ P – Plan (Planifie) : Que veux-tu ressentir aujourd’hui ? Calme, confiant(e) ? Note les émotions souhaitées.

7️⃣ P – Prepare (Prépare-toi) : Que dois-tu faire pour arriver à cet état ? Exemple : Relire le compte rendu de la dernière réunion, te baser sur les faits, et non tes envies.

8️⃣ P – Proceed (Procède) : Avance avec intention, guidé(e) par ton plan. Tu es aux commandes.

9️⃣ P – Pulse (Impulsion) : À la fin de la réunion, évalue : As-tu gardé ton calme ? Qu’est-ce qui a bien fonctionné ? Qu’est-ce que tu dois améliorer ?

Puis dis-moi comment ça se passe !
