🌍🎓 JOURNÉE INTERNATIONALE DE L'ÉDUCATION 2025 : AGIR POUR UNE SYMBIOSE ENTRE L’HUMAIN ET LA TECHNOLOGIE

Et si l'éducation devenait le rempart contre les dérives de l'intelligence artificielle ? Aujourd'hui, en cette Journée internationale de l'éducation, il est temps d'agir.


[Ce que dit l’UNESCO] « En cette Journée internationale de l’éducation, l’UNESCO invite la communauté internationale à œuvrer, à travers l’éducation, à une symbiose durable entre action humaine et technologique. Elle rappelle que toute paix durable commence par l’éducation. »


Ce message est un appel fort : dans un monde où l’intelligence artificielle transforme nos vies, l’éducation doit rester le moteur de l’autonomie, de la réflexion critique et de la paix.


[Mon constat sur le terrain]


A) En discutant aujourd'hui même avec la direction d’une école supérieure, je partage une inquiétude grandissante : comment limiter l’utilisation abusive de l’IA tout en formant des étudiants à en faire un outil responsable ?


B) En une semaine consacrée à l'exploration de l'autonomie et la responsabilité du système d'éducation Espagnol dans le cadre du Cycles des Auditeur de IH2EF - Institut des Hautes Études de l’Éducation et de la Formation et grâce à Agence Erasmus+ France Jeunesse & Sport, une certitude s’est imposée :


➡️ L’IA ne remplacera jamais l’humain. Mais sans éducation adaptée, elle risque de le déresponsabiliser.

3 priorités pour cadres et éducateurs :


1️⃣ Développer des compétences humaines clés : pensée critique, gestion des émotions, prise de décision, etc..


2️⃣ Former à une utilisation éthique de l’IA : l’IA est un outil, pas une solution à tout.


3️⃣ Mettre l’humain au cœur de l’innovation : privilégier des approches hybrides qui combinent la puissance technologique avec l’interaction humaine.
