The Positive Performances approach
An integrative practice combining positive psychology, holistic well-being and pragmatic strategies to optimise performance. Our method is founded on the idea that well-being, whether mental, social or physical, is inseparable from authentic and sustainable performance.
"Thrive to Perform & Perform to Thrive"
Our unique concept harnesses the benefits of holistic well-being to generate authentic, sustained performance at individual, team and organisational level.
"Your Garden of Life, at Every Scale"
We see life as a garden: the garden of your own soul, the collaborative soil of a team, or the vast ecosystem of an entire organisation.
Like every garden, every client, team, organisation and situation is unique. What works for one cannot be replicated for all the others.
Let's talk soon about your challenges, aspirations and needs so we can tailor our solution. In the meantime, discover our own definitions of coaching opposite, then all our solutions by clicking HERE.

Individual Coaching
Mastermind
Drawing on her experience and vision, Krumma Jonsdottir designed the coaching approach. While Krumma is the mastermind, hand-picked coaches may also work with you, all trained and supervised according to the principles she has established.
Grounded in Positive Psychology
As a positive psychology practitioner, the coach offers theoretical frameworks and tools that inform and guide the client's reflection.
Pilot of Your Journey: on this adventure, you, the client, are in control. The coach lights the way, but you decide the direction.
The Coach, Your Mirror
The coach acts as a reflective mirror, prompting new perspectives without imposing opinions or advice, and asks illuminating questions that encourage deep self-reflection.
High Standards and Ethics
Our coaches are professionals certified by the EMCC or an equivalent body. They have in-depth knowledge of positive psychology and at least 1,000 hours of coaching experience. They are committed to working within the EMCC practice framework and the ethical guidelines for positive psychology practice.
Rigorous Supervision
Every Positive Performances coach is supervised by a certified supervisor, ensuring consistently reflective practice of the highest quality.
Experience and Responsibility
Positive Performances favours working with coaches who have at least 10 years of rich professional experience and have held positions of responsibility.
Mentoring
Enlightened Knowledge Sharing for Professional Fulfilment
Shared Wisdom
Mentoring is a relationship in which Krumma Jonsdottir, or a qualified mentor from her team, shares the knowledge, experience and wisdom gained over a rich and varied career.
From Vision to Action
Mentoring helps the mentee clarify their vision, set clear goals and build a concrete action plan, with a focus on the "Thrive to Perform & Perform to Thrive" concept.
Mentee Responsibility: in this relationship, the mentee is the pilot (or gardener) of their own journey, taking responsibility for their development and actions.
Active, Reflective Listening
The mentor acts as a caring guide, listening deeply and reflecting the mentee's ideas back to help them develop their own perspectives and solutions.
Mentor Commitment and Ethics
Positive Performances mentors are committed to strict ethical standards and the principles of positive psychology practice.
Expertise and Experience
Positive Performances favours working with mentors who have at least 10 years of rich professional experience and have held positions of significant responsibility.

Growth through Experience
Positive Performances values the richness each participant brings to peer coaching through their own professional and life journey, fostering a deeply enriching exchange.
Informed Coach Supervision
The peer coaching process is led by an experienced Positive Performances coach, who is in turn supervised by a certified supervisor to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the process.
