Become a Certified User
Take your first step into the 21 Psychosocial Competencies (PSC). Based on the WHO Life Skills framework and structured by Santé publique France (2022), the PSC help strengthen autonomy, psychological well-being, and constructive relationships. These are trainable competencies that support long-term personal and professional development.
The Certified User programme gives you the knowledge, tools, and methodology to confidently apply and facilitate the PSC in your own practice.

After the training, you will be able to
- Facilitate the 21 PSC and the DRA™ (Discover, Regulate, Act) methodology
- Use the PSC card deck in coaching, training, education, or leadership settings
- Carry out self-assessments and monitor progress
- Apply the methodology with confidence and official recognition
- Join a community of practitioners promoting psychosocial competencies and mental health at work
Evidence-based methodology
The programme follows the SAFE principles (Sequenced, Active, Focused, Explicit) identified by Durlak et al. (2011).
Results from the Thriving Observatory (more than 360 participants):
